At Ravished Beauty Shibari Photography, we offer a very different type of boudoir photography. In this exotic style of photography, the gorgeous rope patterns complement one’s contours and skin tones, while shadows and lighting add mystery and sensuality. The bound subject is not portrayed as helpless, but instead we capture strength, beauty & confidence in this often considered ‘taboo’ genre. Our unique use of colored lighting and shadows add a different flare to typical boudoir photography.

Hi, I’m Jozen

A published photographer and Shibari artist at RBS.

I’ve been practicing and photographing Shibari for three years. I’ve worked with dozens of subjects from age 22 to 60 and all shapes and sizes. To have an enjoyable, fulfilling experience, finding a good match between client and photographer is crucial. This is even more true with Shibari. There needs to be a level of trust between the rigger/photographer and the model. If you’re tense, it’ll show. So, more important than ‘getting the perfect shot’ is promoting a fun, comfortable atmosphere, where one can feel sexy and free to express their beauty.
